Corkscrew or waiter's corkscrew?

The waiter's corkscrew, compact and folding, suits table service and mobile staff: it combines worm, foil blade and lever in a pocket format. The lever or counter corkscrew is better suited to high throughput and fixed use behind the bar.

How to preserve an opened bottle?

Which material for professional use?
