The lever corkscrew offers fast, consistent uncorking, suited to high throughput behind the bar. For mobile table service, a compact format is preferable; the complete sommelier knife is available in the Waiter's Corkscrew section.

Which worm should you favour?

An open-spiral worm with no sharp edge passes through cork without crumbling it and limits debris in the wine. Stainless steel is recommended for easy cleaning and long-term durability in a professional environment.
