Choosing the right bucket or cooler

Ice bucket or insulated cooler?

The ice bucket, in stainless steel or acrylic, chills the bottle through contact with a mix of water and ice: it is the classic solution for table service. The insulated wine cooler keeps an already-chilled bottle cold without ice or water, which avoids rings on the tablecloth and suits fast service well.

Which format for champagne?

For champagne, the tall champagne bucket holds one or two bottles, while the wider, lower champagne bowl chills several bottles as a central display, ideal for a buffet or an event.

Which accessories to pair?
