Easy to use and easy to care, this multi-grater mandoline by Lacor will allow you to realize a lot of types of vegetables or fruits cutting with regularity.
Sold with 5 blades, this mandoline has 7 different functions:
- julienne ;
- french frites ;
- slices ;
- wavy slices ;
- small grater (1/8 in) ;
- large grater (1/4 in) ;
- grater for parmesan cheese or chocolate.
For all the cut jobs, the thickness is adjustable from 3 to 1/4 in.
Thanks to its container, the multi-grater mandoline by Lacor provide an excellent comfort of use and an additional security to avoid the risks of enjuries. You will also be able to use it as a squeezer for juices by fixing the small squeezing tool to the container.
