Flan pans come in steel, tinplate or aluminium, sometimes with a non-stick coating to ease unmolding. The brands Lacor and Ibili are available in this section.
Which diameter is right?
Diameter depends on the number of portions and the depth of the custard. For other shapes, see the pie pan or the round cake pan.
