Details
Made of polythylene which is a non porous material, this yellow cutting board with a size of 40cm x 30cm x 1cm is ideal for the cutting poultry. It does not absorbs materials and remains ordourless. This makes the cutting boardmore hygienic than the wooden boards.
Every color of board has a different application in order to eliminate the contamination as well as the development of bacteria according to the recommendations H.A.C.C.P.: red for the meat, the blue for the fish, white for the cheese, brown for the cooked meat, the green for vegetables and yellow for the poultry.
