Slice or cut easily your fruits and vegetables with this green cutting board with a size of 40cm x 30cm x 1cm which is more hygienic than the wooden boards as it does not absorbs any material and does not retain any ordor. This helps to eliminate the contamination as well as the development of bacteria.
Every color of board has a different application to avoid cross-contaminations according to the recommendations H.A.C.C.P.: red for the meat, the blue for the fish, white for the cheese, brown for the cooked meat, the green for vegetables and yellow for the poultry.
