Presented in a gift box, this kitchen set of the Riviera series by Arcos consists in a rupper wood block, a 25cm flexible slicing knife, a 20cm chef's knife, a 20cm bread knife, a 15cm chef's knife, a 10cm paring knife and one sharpening steel 25cm.
The blades and the scissors of this Riviera series block are made of forged NITRUM stainless steel (the nitrum is indeed a new formula of steel in the nitrogen, ecological and guaranteeing more hardness, a bigger power of cutting and better one durability of the thread of the knife). The handle of these knives is in polyoxymethylene, plastic of excellent finish and a big hardness, resisting the javel and the ageing, indeformable in high and low-temperature polyoxymethylene (of - 40 in + 150°C).
