Cooking will be exceptional with this 11" / 28cm round "stone-like" cast aluminium casserole with non-stick coating and a curved glass lid from the Pradel Excellence Premium line !
This innovative cookware is particularly robust and offers other advantages: non-stick coating without PFOA, homogeneity, easy maintenance, compatibility with all types of fires including induction, and dishwasher safe.
To ensure a comfortable and optimal use, the 11" / 28cm Premium Pradel Excellence casserole comes with two silicone handles that clip onto the handles.
Note:
Your cookware is designed to be durable and resistant. To keep it in good condition, follow these recommendations:
Use suitable utensils: Choose plastic, silicone or wooden spoons, ladles or spatulas. Avoid using sharp metal utensils such as forks, scissors or knives, which could damage the surface.
Precautions for use :
- Do not cut food directly in the utensil.
- Avoid pouring cold water over it while it is still hot, as this could deform it over time.
- Do not heat it when empty and avoid preheating it to maximum temperature.
- Do not heat it above 230°C.
First use:
- Wash and dry the utensil.
- Lightly grease the entire surface with oil or butter.
- Heat slowly for 1 to 2 minutes.
Care after each use :
- Allow the utensil to cool, then wash and dry it thoroughly.
- They are easy to clean, either by hand with washing-up liquid or in the dishwasher. However, we recommend washing them in hot water with a little washing-up liquid and a soft sponge, then wiping them dry with a clean cloth.
Products to avoid:
Do not use abrasive pads, harsh detergents or oven cleaners that could damage the surface.
