Tempered glass serves both as a rigid baking support and a presentation dish: you can serve the entremets or cheesecake directly on the base, with no risky transfer. Glass tolerates pastry baking temperatures well (check the exact range on the product sheet).

Loaf, square or round — which use?

The 25 × 25 square suits entremets cut into portions (brownies, fondants, square cheesecakes). The 25 cm round is the classic size for cheesecakes and portioned cakes. The 29 × 13 loaf serves pound cakes, savoury loaves, sweet terrines or sandwich loaves.

How to care for a silicone + glass mould?

Hand-washing is recommended to preserve the silicone-glass seal. Separate the elements to rinse each face thoroughly. Avoid thermal shock on the glass base (direct transfer from oven to a cold damp surface).
