Stainless steel or another material?
Food-grade stainless steel is the pastry reference: neutral on contact, corrosion-resistant, supports a bain-marie over heat, dishwasher-safe. It does not alter egg whites (unlike plastic, which retains fats) or acidic preparations.
Are these bowls dishwasher-safe?
