Choosing your gastronorm trolley
What capacity and runner spacing?
A trolley is defined by its number of levels and the spacing between runners, which sets the height of the containers it can hold. Choose a capacity suited to your production volume and to the GN format (most often GN 1/1) you use.
Fixed or on castors?
Models on castors make it easy to move between prep station, oven and cold room. This section features AZ Boutique and Paderno references. To fill the levels, find the containers in our Stainless steel gastronorm container and Plastic gastronorm container sections.
