Fillet knife

Recipe idea: Use the fillet knife to prepare a simple buttery sole fillet

With the sharpened fillet knife, prepare 6 fish for skinning. You will need 1 lemon, 100g of flour, salt, pepper, 60g of butter and ½ bouquet of parsley as ingredients. The preparation is very simple and quick: rinse your sole fillets with clean water and drain them on absorbent paper. Season with salt and pepper and put them in flour. In a non-stick skillet, heat the butter over low heat. Gently tap the fillets to remove excess flour before browning them in butter. On a serving plate, place the fish fillets on top of each other, drizzling them with cooking butter and lemon juice. Before serving, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. The most complicated task in this recipe is to clean and cut through the fish, however, without the right cooking knife it would be difficult to give a beautiful presentation to this recipe. The fish fillet knife will delight those who regularly cook this variety of fish. Filleting fish has never been that easy with this great knife!
