This non-stick flexible silicone mold "8 bavarois" can be used for both sugared and salted food. It is ideal to cook aperitive tartlets!
It is handy and perfectly withstands to temperatures going from -76°F to +500°F ( -60°C to +260°C), so that it can be put in the freezer, the oven, and the microwave oven.
The silicone being perfecly flexible and non-sticky, this mold enables an easy turning out and the preservation of a shape of a bavarian cake for your dish.
It is also ideal for fat-free cooking as it doesn't need to be greased or floured.
It is machine washable, and can be arranged, piled or folded without affecting its properties.
