This 24cm deep casserole with lid Chef Classic Lacor is made of stainless steel 18/10 and will be ideal to realize any sorts of culinary preparations. This 24cm deep casserole with lid has two handles which bring an ease of use and a good handling. Finally, the bottom part of the 24cm casserole with lid consists of three sheets (stainless steel / aluminium / stainless steel), kind a "sandwich" which allow it to be used on every kind of hobs, including the induction. Furthermore, its shape modifies according to the temperature. The bottom part is then concave when the pan is cold and perfectly flat when the pan is put in touch with a source of heat, assuring from then on a perfect conductivity. Stainless steel and cookwares: the stainless steel is a very resistant material, whether it is for the shocks or for the heat, which assures a very good conductivity and thus a very fast ascent in temperature, but also an immediate stop of the cooking outside the fire.
