In our Induction pot section, you will find pots with a ferromagnetic base designed for induction hobs. These models ensure fast heat-up and even heat distribution, for cooking broths, stocks, soups and pasta in large volumes. They are aimed at professional kitchens in cafés, hotels and restaurants as well as home cooks equipped with induction. This section belongs to the Pot family, within our Cookware range.
Choosing the right induction pot
How do I check induction compatibility?
An induction pot has a magnetic base: a magnet must stick to it. Most of the 18/10 stainless steel models offered here feature a multi-layer base or a compatible ferromagnetic disc. This same base remains usable on other hob types, broadening the versatility of the item.
Which capacity should I pick?
Match the capacity to the number of guests and the type of preparation. Small formats suit sauces and reduced quantities, while large diameters meet the needs of catering and high-volume use. In a kitchen with several heat sources, you can also consider an all hobs pot.
