The Classique collection brings together the reference all-stainless mandolines by Bron Coucke, the French manufacturer based in Thonon-les-Bains since the 1950s. The emblematic models of the professional brigade.

The Classique specificity

The Classique range gathers Bron Coucke's historic all-stainless mandolines: rigid stainless steel chassis, calibrated blades (38 or 60 depending on the reference), with or without protective carriage, and on some models a wooden handle for grip. These are the reference mandolines of chefs and brigades.
