Details
This flexible silicone bake sheet that measures 53cm by 32,5cm was created to make cooking easier. Withstanding to temperatures going from -58°F to +482°F (from -50°C to +250 °C), it can be put in the oven or the microwave oven. It is nonstick and enables an homogeneous baking, with no need to grease it. The graduations on the edge of the sheet enables to estimate the splitting of your about-to-be-cooked food.
Particularly suitable for pastry bakery, it can also be used as a stand to work dough or to desfrost some food.
