We propose a selection of carriers and you are free to select the one who proposes you the most appropriate service. The delivery time may vary depending on carriers and customs (from 2 to 5 days).

 
 

 

Estimated delivery time and shipping

You can estimate the delivery time and the shipping fees of your order at the cart step in the "Estimate Shipping and Tax" part. Depending on shipping methods, the delivery time may vary a lot and the shipping fees can be fixed or variable (based on the weight of your order).

We are committed to respect the delivery dates estimated at the cart , shipping and confirmation steps. These estimated dates take into account the shipping method, the storage location and the availability. Please note that a product may be indicated as in stock on the product page but pending for replenishment at the cart step if you added a larger quantity in your cart than the total quantity we have in stock. In case of delay in delivery, we can send you on request a promotional code which can be used on your next order.

For the products which cannot be shipped within 24 hours (on order products, pending for replenishment products or products stored in a warehouse which is not managing shipments), you can contact us to get a more accurate delivery date which will take into account current suppliers orders, delivery times from another warehouse and other factors affecting the delivery date.

    For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, the Post ensures a delivery within 72 hours.

    For orders shipped to France and Monaco, the Post ensures a delivery within 48 hours.

    For European Union, the delivery time is about 72 hours for neighboring countries to France and 4 to 5 days for the other countries.

  • Tracking

    For any shipment made through the International Colissimo service, we will send you a tracking number which will allow you to track the parcel on the Post website.   • Insurance

    For orders of more than 30kg, the shipment may be carried in several parcels. It is also possible that we outclass an order by selecting another carrier which can take in charge the delivery of orders over 30kg offering a service of equal or greater quality.

    For orders shipped to France and to Monaco, DHL ensures a delivery within 24 hours.

    For other destinations in Europe, the delivery is generally made within 24 hours with the Express service.
