Which length to choose?

The 20-36 cm covers most Paderno saucepans, sauté pans and casseroles in everyday diameters. The 40-50 cm is for large utensils: stockpots, large sauté pans, brigade utensils with extended handles. Measure the handle before purchase to ensure correct fit.

Why use a sleeve?
