Which capacity for which use?
The 14.1 cl is meant for the table: flavoured oil to display at the meal, premium balsamic vinegar, individual vinaigrette. The 25 cl suits regular family service or an everyday oil kept on hand. The 50 cl is rather a kitchen bottle for daily-use oil, refilled from a parent bottle.
Does the stainless pourer prevent drips?
The stainless steel pourer is shaped to cleanly break the stream and limit drops at the end of pouring. It's the main advantage over a standard kitchen bottle. For a clean service, hold the cruet above the dish and lift at the end of the pour.
Is Authentica dishwasher-safe?
The Luigi Bormioli glass body goes into the dishwasher. For the stainless pourer, check the product sheet: dismounting it before washing and rinsing fully with hot water limits the build-up of dried oil in the pourer.
