Choosing your apple spoon

Which scoop diameter should you choose?

The diameter of the bowl determines the size of the balls produced. Small sizes suit fine decorations and amuse-bouches, while larger ones are made for fruit salads and garnishes. Double-ended models with two different bowl sizes offer more versatility on a single handle.

Which materials should you choose?

Stainless steel ensures a clean cutting edge on the bowl rim and withstands intensive washing. A well-balanced handle, sometimes fitted with an ejector or a non-slip finish, makes batch work easier. The Paderno brand is featured in our range. See also the Zester and channel knife and the Decorating knife.
