Induction stainless steel 18/10 frypan - Ø 24 cm - Paderno - Poêle série 1000

This 24cm frypan of the series 1000 Paderno is made in stainless steel 18/10 sheen (inside and outside) and will be ideal to blow up, cook or seize in points meats, fishes, vegetables which will so preserve their flavor of origin.

This 24cm frypan has besides anti-drops edges as well as of a handle tubulaire ergonomic and isolated which bring an ease of use and a good handling.

With a similar thickness of materials on the bottom and on the sides, this series 1000 frypan allows a uniform distribution of the heat in the whole of the utensil.

Finally, the low part of the 24cm frypan consists of three sheets (stainless steel / aluminum / stainless steel), kind a "sandwich" which allow it to be used on every kind of hobs, including the induction. Furthermore, its shape modifies according to the temperature. The low part is then concave when the frypan is cold and perfectly flat when the frypan is put in touch with a source of heat, assuring from then on a perfect conductivity.

Stainless steel and cookwares: the stainless steel is a very resistant material, whether it is for the shocks or for the heat, which assures a very good conductivity and thus a very fast ascent in temperature, but also an immediate stop of the cooking outside the fire.

Note: Induction cooking zones adjust to the bottom circumference of the cookware. Please consider a minimum and maximum diameter based on the size of the cooking zone and the model of the cooktop. Generally, cookware cannot be smaller than 12% less than the size of the circle indicated on the cooktop.
