Longdrink glass

Which capacity for which cocktails?

Common volumes range from 30 to 50 cl. A generous capacity is preferable for very long, heavily iced cocktails, while a more moderate format suits soft drinks and flavoured waters. Allow for the space taken up by ice cubes so the glass is not undersized.

Tempered or decorative glass?

For intensive hospitality service, tempered glass offers better resistance to impact and glasswasher cycles. For a refined table, textured or faceted models add a decorative touch. Check the stackability and dishwasher compatibility stated on the product sheet.
