Food paraffin wax 14 oz / 400 g

The food paraffin wax of 14 oz / 400 g Hutchinson is essential to the realization of jams. The Hutchinson food paraffin is ideally suited for preserving and protecting jam jars.

Guidance : Once the jam is potted, wait until the mixture is completely cooled and the edge of the pot is clean. Melt paraffin on low heat or in a bain-marie. Once melted, pour a 1cm layer of paraffin directly on the jam. Finally, cover the jar of jam with the jam sheet.
