This manual sharpener is an easy-to-use dual-purpose tool.
The first opening (near the middle) is formed by 2 tungsten carbide blades, and is used to sharpen very blunt edges.
The second one is formed by 2 ceramic grindstones, to sharpen more precisely.
Insert the blade of your knife in the first opening, making a right angle with the sharpener. Start from the tip, and pull until the handle. Do it several times. To obtain a more advanced sharpening, lean the blade at 30° and do the same movements several times.
Then insert the blade in the second opening to get a very sharp edge. With an inclination of 110°, start over again the same movements, until you get a perfect sharpening. Then rinse your knife.
Watch out: You must not use serrated blades with this sharpener!!
