  • Napkin: In addition to the fact that the napkin must be impeccably ironed and folded, another golden rule must be respected: a formal ban on the use of paper napkins!
  • Plates: The setting of each plate will depend on the dishes served. If you are serving a soup, place the soup plate on the dinner plate. If you serve an appetizer, the appetizer plate will replace the soup plate.
