The 30 cm targets 2-3 cover service, ideal for a couple gratin or roasted vegetables. The 35 cm is versatile (roast, gratin, lasagne for 4-6). The 39 cm fits big tables and large roasts.

Is the glass dish oven-safe?

Arcoroc glass is designed for oven cooking under the brand's recommendations. Avoid sharp thermal shocks: do not go straight from freezer to a hot oven, do not place on a cold surface straight out of the oven. Check the product sheet for the maximum temperature of the model.

Glass or ceramic for roasting?

Transparent glass lets you monitor browning on the sides and underside of the dish, which ceramic does not. Ceramic retains heat better after cooking. For oven-to-table service with browning control, Arcoroc glass is a good compromise.
